නම් ලිවීමේ ක්‍රියාවලියේදී ඇති වන අපහසුතාවයන් මඟහරවා ගැනීම සඳහා, මානවශාස්ත්‍ර හා සමාජීයවිද්‍යා පීඨයේ අවසාන වසරේ සියලුම සිසුන් පහත දැන්වීමේ සඳහන් ලේඛනවල ස්කෑන් කරන ලද පිටපත් PDF ආකෘතියෙන් 2023.11.20 දින හෝ ඊට පෙර drasp@sjp.ac.lk විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල
හරහා එවිය යුතුය.
According to the commission circular No. 09/2021 of the University Grants Commission, you will not be given any opportunity to correct your name after the effective date of your degree.
On that reason and to avoid the inconveniences in the process of writing the names of the graduands on the degree certificates, all the students of the final year of FHSS should send the scanned copies(PDF) of the documents mentined in the notice {(must be clear scanned documents (not images, photos taken from cameras, mobile phones or shaded/darked documents scanned by mobile phones and etc. )} on or before 20.11.2023 via e-mail (drasp@sjp.ac.lk).
