ශිෂ්‍යාධාර සඳහා සුදුසුකම්‌ ලැබූ (Selected) සිසුන්ගේ නාම ලේඛනය, ඔවුන්ගේ ගිණුම්‌ විස්තර සමඟ මානව ශාස්ත්‍ර හා සමාජීය විද්‍යා පීඨ කාර්යාලයේ තබා ඇති අතර එහි සඳහන්‌ ගිණුම්‌ අංක පරීක්‍ෂා කර එම ගිණුම්‌ අංකවල නිවැරදිතාවය තම අත්සන යොදා තහවුරු කරන ලෙස සිසුන්ට දන්වා සිටිමි.
