If you do not remember the password of your faculty email account, you have two options provided by the CDEPD.
- You can self-reset your password.
This option is available for all the first-year students (2019/2020 batch) and few students of the earlier batches. To check if you can self-reset your password, please follow this link, and click on the “Recover your Faculty Email Account” button.

- If you failed to recover your password after following the first option, you can send a request to CDEPD using the below Google form asking to reset your password. Before you do that, please remember below.
- This is a one-time option and once CDEPD reset your password, you cannot request again for a password reset. But you will be able to use the self-password reset option thereafter.
- We will no longer offer password resets by email since this method is insecure. As a result, please refrain from sending emails to various faculty members seeking password resets.

ඔබේ පීඨ විද්‍යුත් තැපැල් ගිණුමේ මුරපදය ඔබට අමතක වී ඇතිනම් සහ එය නැවත සකස්කර ගැනීමට අවශ්‍යනම්, ඔබට CDEPD මඟින් ලබා දෙන විකල්ප දෙකක් ඇත.
- ඔබට ඔබේ මුරපදය තනිවම නැවත සකසා ගැනීමේ ක්‍රියාවලිය (Self Password Reset).
මෙම විකල්පය පළමු වසරේ සියලුම සිසුන්ට (2019/2020 කණ්ඩායම) සහ පෙර කණ්ඩායම් වල සිසුන් කිහිප දෙනෙකුට ලබා ගතහැකිය. ඔබට ඔබේ මුරපදය තනිවම නැවත සැකසිය හැකිදැයි බැලීමට කරුණාකර පහත ලින්ක් එකට පිවිස "Recover your Faculty Email Account" බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න.
2. පළමු විකල්පය අනුගමනය කිරීමෙන් පසු ඔබේ මුරපදය නැවත ලබා ගැනීමට ඔබට නොහැකි නම්, පහත දැක්වෙන ගූගල් පෝරමයභාවිතා කර ඔබගේ මුරපදය නැවත සකසන ලෙස ඉල්ලා ඔබට CDEPD වෙත ඉල්ලීමක් යැවිය හැකිය. එයට පිවිසීමට පෙර කරුණාකරපහත දෑ හොදින් මතක තබා ගන්න.
- මෙය එක් වරක් පමණක් කළ හැකි වන අතර CDEPD විසින් ඔබේ මුරපදය නැවත සැකසූ පසු මුරපද යළි පිහිටුවීම සඳහානැවත ඉල්ලීමක් කළ නොහැක. නමුත් ඉන් පසුව ඔබට තනිවම මුරපද යළි පිහිටුවීමේ විකල්පය භාවිතා කිරීමට හැකියාව ලැබේ.
- මෙම විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලෙන් මුරපද යළි පිහිටුවීම් ක්‍රමය අනාරක්ෂිත බැවින් අපි තවදුරටත් එම ක්‍රමය ලබා නොදෙමු. එම නිසා, මුරපද යළි පිහිටුවීම් ඉල්ලා විවිධ පීඨ සාමාජිකයින්ට විද්‍යුත් පණිවිඩ යැවීමෙන් වළකින්න.
