Chinese (Mandarin) is one of the world's most used languages, more than one billion of the world's population are Chinese speakers. Studies of Chinese culture and language can help you make your communication more effective and open many opportunities in a globalized world.
The Honors Degree program in Chinese offered by the Department of Languages, Cultural Studies, and Performing Arts. In order to be eligible for admission to a course of study in Chinese, a candidate should have obtained at least 'S' Grades in three Arts subjects (Arts Stream) in GCE A/L Exam. Basic knowledge of Chinese language or Chinese learning experience is not a prerequisite.
The program is committed to providing students with thorough training in Chinese language, literature, and culture. If you are eligible to apply for the Chinese Language program, please send me a short message via WhatsApp with your name and student no.
